YouTube will work in offline mode in the near future

Although users have been asking for the implementation of the possibility to view offline videos in the application for some time YouTube a iOS, Here Google only recently decided to implement the functionality in a future version of the application for the video sharing website. I confirm the blog Google dedicated to partners YouTube, users will be able to watch video clips in the future without being connected to the Internet, but the video clip must be accessed with an active Internet connection, and the viewing will be limited, the application saving only part of the clip in terminals for viewing without having access to Internet.

We're always exploring ways to bring more viewers to your content. As part of this effort, later this year we'll launch a new feature on YouTube's mobile apps that will help you reach fans — even when they're not connected to the Internet. This upcoming feature will allow people to add videos to their device to watch for a short period when an Internet connection is unavailable. So your fans' ability to enjoy your videos no longer has to be interrupted by something as commonplace as a morning commute.

The application update will be launched in November, but for now it is not known if it will be available on both iOS and Android OS, there is a possibility that it will appear initially on Android and only then on iOS.
