BlackBerry Messenger for iOS will not be released this week in the App Store

BlackBerry Messenger was launched this weekend in App Store, the Canadian company withdrawing the application just one day after its launch, blaming problems present in the application developed for Android OS. Although many expected that BlackBerry to quickly resolve its functionality issues and release a new version this week, the Canadian company has announced that this will not happen. A version of BBM for Android appeared on the Internet before the launch, and that application generates unusually high traffic for each user. Although BlackBerry tried to block the access of that application to its servers, the large number of users activated during Saturday made their efforts useless, so it was decided to withdraw the applications and modify them to completely block that version.

All this problem practically means a rather long delay in the release of the official version of the Blackberry Messenger for iOS, no one knows when the application for iOS will be published in App Store, but as soon as it is available I will let you know.
