The call rejection button disappears from the iOS 7 interface in certain situations

In iOS 7 Apple has redone a good part of the user interface of the operating system, including the buttons for accepting or rejecting phone calls when the terminal is unlocked. Although both buttons appear normally when calls are received on unlocked terminals, it seems that there are situations in which the call rejection button does not appear when a call is received. Although the affected user does not specify this, most likely the reject button in the unlocked interface of the iPhone, because in LockScreen the button for rejecting a call is not present.

Given this, I'm curious if you've encountered this problem, because I haven't yet.
