Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), will update the series Mac Mini in the following months, implementing processors from the series Intel Haswell and probably who knows what other new hardware. Before this hardware update of its products, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), raised prices Mac Mini from Australia, Brazil and several other countries, the increase being significant. In the case of Australia, we are talking about an increase of $50/$100/$150 in the prices of the Mac Minis, and in Brazil we are talking about an increase of up to 500 reais in the purchase prices of the Minis.
Unfortunately, the prices of other countries have increased to a similar extent and unfortunately we are not talking about a simple adjustment, but about an increase of over 10% in certain cases. Of course, Apple did not provide details about this price increase, but if it will discuss it, then it will probably blame taxes or the exchange rate difference.
