Apple is once again in second place in the global top of smartphone sellers

For more than a year, Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), fight a deaf battle with Samsung for supremacy on the smartphone market, the Korean manufacturer being the undisputed king for now. Conformable recent information regarding smartphone sales in Q3 2013, the battle is not over Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it didn't win, the company ranking second again, as you can already see in the image above. According to the total sales, the Apple company has, on the smartphone market, a market share of 13.4%, lower than that registered in the same period last year and lower than that of Samsung.

Globally, smartphone sales represented 60% of mobile phone sales, with Samsung and Apple registering together almost 50% of total sales. Compared to the same period last year, the smartphone market registered a 50% increase in sales, with Android terminal manufacturers taking part in the same increase, but not the Apple company. In practice, Apple's sales grow more difficult than the sales of other Android terminal manufacturers during this period, the sales of those from Cupertino being affected by the launch of the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C.

Before concluding, I will tell you that Samsung does not officially announce the number of terminals sold in each fiscal quarter, the figures in the images represent assumptions made by analysts.
