Pebble the first SmartWatch tested by me just a few months ago and in this article I explained my experience with this type of device. Although then SmartWatch- displays a limited number of notifications for us, so in the near future it will be able to display any kind of notifications from iOS 7. BY A announcement made today, the developers of the smartwatch Pebble announces that their product will be able to display any kind of notifications available in the Notifications Center, regardless of which application sends them there.
First, we're introducing a more delightful user experience for Pebble customers using iOS. Pebble is now fully integrated with iOS 7 and works seamlessly with Notification Center. This means that any notifications you've enabled in Notification Center on your iOS 7 device will appear on your Pebble — just like that. It's easier than ever to pick and choose which updates you want to see on your watch. These API allow developers to make Pebble apps that interface directly with the web (real-time weather, transit info, location check-in), access the accelerometer (health/fitness monitoring and gesture-based remote control), log data when disconnected from the phone (health/fitness tracking), and store info on the watch (high scores for games, settings). Apart from this news, Pebble announced the release of version 2.0 of the SDK for Pebble OS, which allows the development of applications and special watchfaces for the watch. At the moment more than 190.000 units have been sold worldwide and more than 10.000 developers are creating content for a smartwatch that costs only $150, the perfect price for any kind of similar devices that are made with the idea of being successful. The update for Pebble will be available next week and can be installed through the available iOS app.
