Ryan Petrich, developer of the famous plugin Activator, is currently working on the development of a new one tweak which will allow us to run video clips over any other iOS application. In the image above you have presented a proof that the tweak works and it allows the display of a small window over the Springboard in iOS, but it will most likely be visible over any other applications. I assume that everything will work only in the case of video clips YouTube, for starters, but compatibility could be extended to other platforms.
For now, it is not known when this tweak would be released, but it will be compatible with the new one iOS 7 of the Apple company, so as soon as the solution of untethered jailbreak for iOS 7 will be available, you will be able to use it.
