Total War Battles is a series of turn based strategy games available for some time in the App Store that tries to bring to our iDevices some of the gameplay of the Total War series for PCs. In the game you have the control of some cities that you have to develop in order to be able to build a weapon that must then be used to defend your city, but also to help you conquer new ones. On PC, this series was and is extremely popular, and for some time the SEGA company brought a mobile version of Total War to the App Store and it allows you to relive, in part, the experience from PC directly on a mobile terminal.
Specifically developed for touchscreen platforms, Total War Battles: SHOGUN is a new real-time strategy game from the makers of the award-winning Total War series.
Total War Battles delivers quick-fire, tactical combat balanced with intuitive building and unit management. All set in a beautifully illustrated Medieval Japan.
Maybe at first glance the game doesn't seem that attractive, but if you try it you will realize that through it you will be able to occupy the boring moments of a weekend day. SEGA released two versions of the game, one free and one that costs €3.99, but both work on iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch.
