At the weekend I told you that the application Facebook for iOS is to be updated to include a new function that will automatically start the videos visible in your timelines. Practically, when you scroll through the timeline, the application will automatically start the video clips uploaded by your friends if you are on a Wi-Fi or 3G/4G network, but the application has an option available to block their uploading on mobile connections. Separately, the application solves some performance problems of the previous version.
To deactivate this functionality, you must go to Settings>Facebook>Settings and activate the option Auto-play on WiFi only and you will be sure that you will not generate additional costs in data subscriptions during a simple scroll through the timeline.
