Apple forces app developers to update their titles with special designs for iOS 7

Almost 3 months after the official launch of iOS 7, company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), published last night a warning to iOS app developers, asking them to update their titles with a design suitable for the new version of the operating system. Only new applications and those for which updates are sent must be updated to have a design specially thought for iOS 7, and they must be developed with the latest version of Xcode, otherwise they will not be approved.

Make Your Apps Work Seamlessly with iOS 7

Starting February 1, new apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with the latest version of Xcode 5 and must be optimized for iOS 7. Learn more about preparing your apps by reviewing the iOS Human Interface Guidelines.

Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it also offers a deadline until which it will accept applications that do not meet its requirements, the date of February 1, 2014 being offered. Practically in a month and a half, developers who intend to launch new applications, or update existing ones, must modify their design, otherwise they will no longer be able to publish their news in App Store.
