Sicarius is a tweak launched not too long ago in Cydia and remade to be compatible with iOS 7, bringing a multitude of useful functions for managing applications open in the background. More exactly, tweak- gives us the possibility to simultaneously close all the applications open in the background, but based on pre-set options in a settings menu of the Settings application. More exactly, Sicarius allows us to exclude from closing active applications before accessing the task switcher, applications that record audio/video feed or applications that run an audio feed, and at the end there is also an option to display a message that asks us if we want let's really close all the applications.
Sicarius allows you to quickly quit all apps, and respring from the application switcher, with awesome smart app exclusion logic and 3D animations! Just swipe up SpringBoard's page to quickly quit all apps or respring!
