This week I told you that a patch is going to be published in Cydia to solve the status bar problem after performing a jailbreak cu evasi0n7 for iOS 7. Unfortunately, this patch has not yet appeared in Cydia, probably because an update for the application is about to be released and will solve it, but you can fix it right now. By following the steps below you can install this patch directly in your terminals and after a respring/restart the problem will disappear.
To install this patch you must install iFile in your iDevices, then, yes access this link by Safari, to press the button Download and then choose the option Open in iFile and when opening the application, choose the option Installer. After finishing the process press the button Done and restart your terminal.
