The global market share of iPhones registered a significant decrease during 2013

Despite the fact that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), has launched iPhone 5S si iPhone 5C  at the end of 2013, during the year the global market share of iPhones registered an important decrease. The table above was designed by the people at Kantar Worldpanel ComTech and in it you will be able to see the way the smartphone market has evolved in the most important markets around the world, with iOS registering declines in almost all markets, the exception being Spain, which is the only country where the market share of iPhones has increased.

Unfortunately for Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, the information is not so encouraging, AndroidCPC and Windows Phone- appearing to take over most of the market share lost by iPhone, but Apple's operating system was not the only one that did not grow. These losses come amid an increase in global iPhone sales, a sign that the smartphone market grew in 2013 more than Apple expected, and the increase in iPhone sales turned out to be less than the increase in sales recorded by Android and Windows Phone.
