Power Button Emulator is a tweak available since last night in Cydia, and it was designed to help iDevice owners whose Power buttons no longer work. Having a functionality somewhat similar to that of the system Assistive Touch, which implements a virtual Home button, Power Button Emulator displays iOS 7 the virtual button you see above. This virtual button completely imitates the functionality of the normal button, so a simple press locks your terminal, and a long press activates the closing menu.
