Privacy Notification is a tweak available since last night in Cydia, and through it we can customize the notification texts visible anywhere in iOS 7 and not only that. Tweak- allows us to hide notifications from any part of iOS we want, just like the native options, but in addition it allows us to completely hide its text and choose which of our applications will have to respect this privacy setting, Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), avoiding to offer such functionality natively.

Notification Privacy allows you to set a custom message that will appear in the push notifications of apps you select. Additionally, you can set where you would like push notifications to be hidden (lockscreen, homescreen, notification center). Configure preferences in the Settings app under the "Notification Privacy" tab.
