weasel is a tweak available since last night in Cydia, and with its help we can improve the Spotlight universal search system available in iOS 7. Normally, the system allows us to search in iOS 7 applications, contacts, emails and several other types of content, but with help weasel we can extend the functionality. Using this tweak we can perform mathematical calculations, we can search for word definitions, we can search for information through Google/Amazon/eBay/Wikipedia or we can run various commands in the system.
With Weasel, you can quickly search through your apps, music and contacts from anywhere – but that's not all:
- Perform calculations right within Weasel.
- Type "define WORD" to view the definition of a word.
- Search for things on Google, Amazon, eBay or Wikipedia.
- Type system to view and perform system commands, right within Weasel.
- Weasel works from anywhere within iOS, just activate it using your chosen Activator action and you're away!
weasel it works with the help of a gesture that can be taken anywhere in iOS 7 using Activator, so you can activate the system from anywhere you want. Weasel is available for $2 in the repo BigBoss al Cydia.
