Mobius is a tweak available for a very short time in Cydia, and with its help we can perform infinite scroll in the Springboard iOS 7, but also in folders. Practice using this tweak we can scroll horizontally in Springboard or as many folders as we want, it bringing us back to the main application page when we pass the last one. If you wonder why such a tweak would be useful to you, well, we are talking about the possibility to work much more easily with the Springboard or folders, unnecessary swipes to return to a page no longer necessary.
