IsRunning is a tweak launched last night in Cydia, and with his help we can force iOS 7 to display a badge next to each application running in the background of our iDevices. The tweak has a settings menu available in the Settings application of our iDevices and allows customizing the badge that is displayed next to each application of our terminals, it can be activated or deactivated quickly by us. Badges are displayed only for applications that remain open in the background, so not every application will have a badge.
Works on iOS 7! Not tested on iOS 6. This tweak simply puts a badge on apps that are currently running (not removed from multitasking). You can enable it in settings and customize what the badge is. The default badge is a capital R, but you can use emojis, or other languages too. Enable in Settings.
