Unfortunately, you will not be able to access it the 4G network in Romania just because you have one smartphone/tablet compatible/4G compatible and there is 4G coverage in your location, so you will have enough headaches ahead.
Orange 4G subscriptions and internet options

Access is allowed to new subscribers with smartphones without additional costs, but those who have an existing subscription will have to pay an extra option of €5 per month called Connect Extension+ to be able to use their internet traffic from the subscription at 4G speeds.
