An artist claims that Apple stole his slogan for an iPhone promotion campaign

In the most recent campaign to promote the terminals iPhone, company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), use the slogan You're more powerful than you think to enhance the power of third-party applications from App Store. The slogan itself is extremely well thought out, and an artist says that he has been using it for more than a decade in various murals and incorporated it including in some designs for clothing accessories. The artist claims that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), was informed about the story of the slogan and used it regardless of who it belonged to, the artist asking the company to stop its use.

The artist claims that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), would try to deceive some of the consumers by making them understand that the artist would promote the company's products and thus demand the stop of the use of the slogan. Of course, the man is also looking to receive a sum of money as compensation for the violation of his slogan, and considering that it is protected by a brand patent, a possible lawsuit will certainly bring him compensation.
