Apex 2 is the version for iOS 7 of a tweak released many months ago in Cydia, allowing us to group applications exactly as you see in the video above. More precisely, the tweak allows us to select a group of applications that are hidden under a main icon, and with a long press they are displayed in a cross, next to each other, exactly as the package developer exemplifies.
Apex 2 is thought to help us give up folders and have a better way to organize applications in Springboard, many users buying the package after release. Unfortunately, for the time being, no details are known about other new functions that it will contain Apex 2, but we will probably not only have a compatibility update, but something additional.
Having said that, as soon as Apex 2 is available for download I will let you know.
