Apple is preparing a series of changes for AppleCare and support dedicated to Apple IDs

Company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), has always been praised for the assistance service it offers to its users, but wherever there is room for improvement, and during a meeting recently held in Cupertino, the vice president AppleCare spoke about them. It all starts with AppleCare + which attracted 30 million customers and generated 2 billion dollars in sales, the service to be extended to a new series of countries around the globe.

The expansion also comes with some changes, Apple allowing the purchase of AppleCare+ even 60 days after buying a product, instead of 30, moreover, the insurance could also be bought online based on this change. Apart from these, AppleCare+ technicians will be able to do screen sharing on iDevices this year to solve problems, just like the Amazon Fire Phone, all part of an iOS update.

Regarding Apple IDs, Apple is preparing a series of changes for the system that allows diagnosing problems, considering that a quarter of AppleCare calls are related to them. In general, technicians have to solve problems that involve resetting passwords or minor changes, but Apple intends to offer a series of tools by which users will solve these problems themselves in the future.
