Apple will stop the development process for the Aperture and iPhoto applications

launching OS X Yosemite will mark an important moment for the portfolio of applications developed by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, those from Cupertino taking the decision to stop the application development process Aperture si iPhoto for OS X. Giving up photo editing applications with functions dedicated to professionals, Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), will redirect them on users to the native application Photos which will be available in OS X Yosemite.

With the introduction of the new Photos app and iCloud Photo Library, enabling you to safely store all of your photos in iCloud and access them from anywhere, there will be no new development of Aperture. When Photos for OS X ships next year, users will be able to migrate their existing Aperture libraries to Photos for OS X.

Users of the platform OS X Yosemite they will be able to migrate libraries Aperture  si iPhoto in application Photos which will be available in the next version of the operating system, all in a way that is as intuitive as possible. The move is an unexpected one from the American company and probably the Photos application for OS X Yosemite will have a good part of the current functions of Aperture and iPhoto, plus the option to synchronize the edited photos in all iDevices using iCloud.
