Steve Wozniak talks about the employees who swore they would never work for Steve Jobs again (Video)

Steve Wozniak is co-founder of the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), and was one of his best friends Steve Jobs, and in one recent interview spoke about the former CEO of the American company. In the video clip above you can see the interview given by Wozniak for a local television station in the USA, talking about the way his former friends treated the employees of the company he ran.

Steve Jobs had a lot of these questionable things, like some of my very best friends in Apple... almost all of them said they would never, ever work for Steve Jobs again. It was that bad. Steve Jobs was a very different personality over the time frame I knew him. I met him when he was in high school. And, back then, we played jokes and pranks on each other. Once we started Apple, he sort of had something he wanted in life: to find the formula to be an important person.

According to the co-founder of the Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, Steve Jobs at one point he managed to upset so many of his employees that some of them pretended that they would never work for him again. Despite the way he behaved with certain employees, Steve Jobs had unconditional respect for others who managed to attract his attention with good ideas, some of them being promoted to the management teams within Apple.
