Eclipse implements a night mode for iOS, it is compatible with iOS 7.1

Eclipse is a tweak launched last night in Cydia, he being thought in the idea of giving us the possibility to implement a "night mode" in iOS 7. As you can already see from the image above, this modification involves the application of a black background over any interface of the operating system iOS 7, and here we are talking about both native and third-party applications, or the Springboard/LockScreen/Notifications Center interface.

Black is the new White with Eclipse, a universal Night Mode for iOS. Tired of using your iPhone with that blinding, retina-burning snow white interface? Eclipse fixes that.

This tweak features:

  • System-wide Night Mode
  • Customizable features (with more coming soon)
  • No winterboard needed!
  • Easily switch from Light or Dark mode
  • Low resource usage

Eclipse it has a settings menu available in the Settings application, and through it we can activate or deactivate its functionality, the most interesting part being that it does not work with the help of Winterboard and that theoretically it does not consume many resources. Eclipse is available for $1 in the repo BigBoss al Cydia and is compatible with iOS 7.1.
