Apple launches MacBook Pro Retina Display 2014

During the past days I told you that today Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is about to launch MacBook Pro Retina Display 2014, updating the 13-inch and 15-inch models MacBook Pro Retina Display. The update mainly brings new processors with higher operating frequencies, no design changes, an increase in the standard amount of RAM and keeping the dedicated graphics card used in the old models.

As you can see from the picture, the new models of MacBook Pro Retina Display 15 inches they have processors that are 200 MHz faster than those used in the old models, they now have 16 GB of RAM as standard. In terms of prices, the high-end model is now $100 cheaper than the previous model, the price reduction not being that significant considering the total cost of the product.

Regarding the MacBook Pro Retina Display 13 inch, we are only talking about a 200MHz increase in the speeds at which the processors are clocked, the graphics cards remaining unchanged, the new Macs still coming with 8 GB of standard RAM instead of 4. In the case of these models there is no change in the price, the Apple company still lowering the price of the model that is not equipped with Retina Display.
