Over 900 million iDevices were sold in 7 years, over half are active

First iPhone was launched on the market over 7 years ago, it was followed by a iPod Touch and a tablet iPad, and throughout this period the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), sold over 900 million units worldwide. 886,580,000 were sold up to July 1, and in the 29 days since then I passed certainly the figure of 900 million units, by the end of the year it is estimated that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), will pass the figure of 1 billion.

Based on these figures, a Romanian analyst estimates that between 500 and 600 million iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch terminals are currently active worldwide. Practically up to two-thirds of all iDevices sold by the Apple company are currently in use and the figure is high, but far from the one of over 1 billion active Android terminals around the world.
