About three weeks ago the company Samsung initiated a new campaign to humiliate terminal owners iPhone, naming them "wall huggers" because they have to charge their iDevices often. As a solution for this problem, the Korean company presents the function Ultra Power Saving Mode terminal Samsung Galaxy S5, and in the image above you have a representation of what it offers.
More specifically, Samsung Galaxy S5 Ultra Power Saving Mode it allows the users of this terminal to disable a good part of its functionality when they run out of battery. Although the very idea of turning a smartphone into a dumb phone it's not really that bright, at certain times it can prove to be extremely useful and, to be honest, I wish iOS had a similar system available.
I'm sure you've been in quite a few cases where your iPhone's battery was almost discharged and you didn't have a power source nearby, but you needed the phone function. Unfortunately, in these situations, you don't really have a way to save the terminal's battery, especially since Apple doesn't allow disabling 3G connectivity for a year, so when you run out of battery, you're practically at the mercy of fate.
I would be happy to see one Ultra Power Saving Mode implemented by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), in iOS for the moments when deactivating optional functions is useful in the idea of extending battery life, but I don't think we will ever have anything.
