iWatch is the future SmartWatch which the company Apple will present it on September 9 together with the iPhone 6, and today we learn some interesting details about its production. According some information appeared during these days, iWatch it is in the final stage of verification within the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), but this despite the fact that from Cupertino requests were sent to some partners to already start the production of some components for the future SmartWatch.

Despite related components already entering into production, Apple's iWatch is still unlikely to become available until 2015, as the device is still under engineering verification testing (EVT) stage and has to still go through production verification testing (PVT), according to sources from the upstream supply chain. The sources pointed out that a product will need to first pass the PVT stage before entering mass production, and between the EVT and PVT stages, Apple could still change its design.

After checking the hardware and software in the frame Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, iWatch it will have to go through a check involving the production of a limited number of units to test the manufacturing process. If iWatch will pass this test without problems, then it will go into production in the factories of Apple's partners, but it will probably not be launched this year, but at the beginning of next year, as we were told by a number of rumors that have appeared so far.

Although we should see the iWatch next Tuesday at the Apple conference, no one knows yet when the new product will arrive on the market. Don't forget that next Tuesday I'm waiting for you on iDevice.ro starting at 19:30 to discuss everything that Apple is going to present to us.
