Everest brings new ways to control your music in the iOS Music app

Everest is a tweak released during the day yesterday in Cydia for running iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touches iOS 8, and with its help we can implement new control options for the Music application in Apple's operating system. As you can already see from the image above, the tweak displays a notification banner at the top of our iDevices screen, mentioning the song being listened to, its author, along with music control options. The banner is displayed using a gesture set in the Activator plugin, and its enterprise will allow you to control the Music application in just a few steps.

Everest is a new tweak that allows you to access media controls, quick and fast. It uses an activator gesture to show the banner. The banner allows you to play/pause, swipe to go forward, swipe to go backward. Everest is also shown when the song changes. Everest results in a simple, non-interrupted user experience!

Everest it's available for $1 in Cydia's BigBoss repo, but you need to jailbreak iOS 8.1 to install it.
