iOS 8 – iOS 8.1.1 – here's how to fix some Wi-Fi issues

iOS 8.1.1 iDevice.ro  iOS 8.1.1 was launched this week by the Apple company and despite the numerous improvements implemented for it, unfortunately it seems that it does not solve an extremely disturbing problem for many users. I am of course talking about the Wi-Fi problems that some terminals still have and which could have a fairly simple solution, but only for certain users. This solution will lead to a faster access to the web pages because you will change the DNS used and the terminals will recognize the servers that host the websites faster, but it will not solve problems of disconnection from the access points, etc.

iOS 8 and iOS 8.1.1 Wi-Fi troubleshooting

The trick is quite simple and involves accessing the menu Settings>Wi-Fi, Configurations>Wi-Fi, pressing the circled i next to the network you are connected to and replacing the digits next to the DNS field with these: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4. The new DNS is Google's and the trick can be useful even for computers that have problems accessing web pages quickly, because Google's DNS servers can resolve a domain or an IP address much faster to connect you faster to the server that hosts the web page you are trying to access.

If you have problems with Wi-Fi in iOS 8.1.1, I recommend you to try the trick and tell me if it solved them or not.
