Come 12S is a new tweak specially designed for people who use the video sharing network Came, giving us the opportunity to record video clips whose duration will be 12 seconds instead of the 7 normally allowed. The tweak implements its functionality directly in the Vine application installed in our iDevices and does not have any settings menu available in the Configurations application.
