Web WhatsApp is the online service launched by the company WhatsApp Messenger, allowing network users to use a computer to chat with friends. According to the official website of WhatsApp, the Mozilla Firefox and Opera browsers are now supported by the American network, so far only the Google Chrome browser is compatible with the service.
The change is intended to give a much larger number of users the opportunity to use Web WhatsApp from their own computers whenever they need, compatibility being announced for some time. Of course the use Web WhatsApp in these browsers it will not require you to give up certain functions and it will not affect the experience offered by the service, WhatsApp only bringing the possibility to use the service from other types of browsers.
