MacBook 12 inch with Retina Display - here are the adapters for the new USB C port

MacBook with Retina Display connectors

Last night MacBook Retina Display 12 inches was officially launched by the Apple company, replacing the classic HDMI, VGA, USB and charging ports with a universal USB C port that now needs a multitude of adapters. As expected, the Apple company sells adapters that allow the connection of cables of all the previously presented standards, and in the image above you can see all of them. For a USB C to USB adapter which allows connecting any type of USB device to the Mac, including iDevices or cameras, Apple is asking users 19 euros, a high price for something that should have been available as standard.

An adapter USB C for the charger Macs cost no less than 55 euros, Apple selling separately the charging cable or the extension for it. a USB C charging cable it costs 35 euros, it allows data synchronization via USB 2.0, while a cable USB-C to VGA Multiport it costs 89 euros, it allows the connection of VGA monitors with a maximum resolution of 1080p. Finally we had one USB C Digital AV Multiport adapter which has the same price of 89 euros, this one having connector ports for HDMI, charging, normal USB and VGA, being compatible including USB 3.1.

Basically, Apple has completely changed the way we connect everything to the MacBook Retina Display 12 inch and will make serious money from the accessories.
