A few weeks ago, the first images of a series of cars rented by the company appeared Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, they being used for a new function a iOS 9, Apple sending us across various US states for the new system. In the case of all cars, we are talking about the same type of equipment for extremely accurate satellite positioning and recording of 360-degree images around the car, all this data being transmitted to Apple's servers for analysis.
Rumors regarding the implementation of Street View in iOS 9 appeared long before these cars appeared in various images, so we will probably hear new information in the next period.
