Top 15 most used smartphone applications

top 15 most used smartphone applicationsTop 15 most used smartphone applications were presented during this day by a US market analysis agency, the listing in the attached image being the result of a detailed study conducted on Americans aged at least 18 years. As you can see, and probably already imagine, the Facebook application occupies the first position in terms of use, being present in 69% of Americans' smartphones, according to this study.

The Facebook application is followed by the YouTube application with a share of 59.9%, the Google Play application with a share of 51.5%, the Google Search application with a share of 50.6%, the Facebook Messenger application closing the top 5 with 49.8%. In the top 15 we find from Apple only the Apple Maps application with 24.8% and the Music application (represented by iTunes Radio) with 23.9%, the percentages of the titles from Cupertino being much lower than many would have expected.

Top 15 most used smartphone applications is dominated by those from Google and those from Facebook, the first company having 6 applications, while the second has only 3, the surprising fact being that WhatsApp Messenger is not present. Considering that the manners of the Americans cannot be applied to other countries on the globe, what we see here does not necessarily apply to other locations, so that in Romania, for example, the categorization would be different.
