Apple Music will also be launched in Europe

Apple MusicApple Music will be launched in Europe, the Apple company's audio streaming service being prepared for availability on the "old continent", those from Cupertino negotiating contracts including in Russia. The information comes from local publications in Russia, which confirm that Apple representatives are in negotiations with representatives of major record companies to allow listening to music online through its new Music application.

Considering that within WWDC 2015 is rumored including an expansion of the iTunes Radio service in new markets around the world, there is a possibility that Apple will actually negotiate for this service and not Apple Music. The latter theoretically seems as plausible as the launch of Apple Music in Russia or other European countries, but of course the expansion of the audio streaming service should not be excluded, considering its importance.

The business daily Vedomosti quoted sources at several leading Russian record labels as saying that Russia is going to be among the first countries where Apple will launch its music service, and negotiations with local labels about expanding digital rights to streaming are in progress.

Apple Music is an extremely important service for the Apple company in terms of the fact that it gives iDevice owners access to a product that currently not available natively in iOS. Apple is trying to compete with services like Spotify or Pandora using Apple Music, and its availability in as many countries as possible is a benefit for those in Cupertino to attract new customers for its platform.

Normally, the Apple company launches its new services only in the USA, iTunes Radio being also available in Australia, but in the case of Apple Music, the service could also be available in important European countries. No one knows if this will happen, but since there are negotiations in Russia, it is clear that Apple intends to offer Apple Music outside the US from the very beginning.
