iOS 9 prevents the installation of some applications, protecting you from malware

iOS 9 application protectioniOS 9 is thought to offer much better protection against malware, the Apple company understanding that users can be extremely easily tricked, so the new version of the operating system is thought a little differently.

If now a hacker can trick us into installing applications from unknown sources, iOS 8 displaying an alert message offering the option to install the application, in iOS 9 the operating system will automatically block the installation without offering the option to do it anyway.

In the image above you have presented the new protection system implemented by the Apple company in iOS 9, the alert message for the installation of unknown applications being displayed now without a button being visible to allow the installation of the application even though the source is unknown.

Through a settings menu available in iOS 9, Apple will allow us to install applications from unknown sources anyway, but users will have to activate the option that allows them to do this, by default it is disabled for everyone.

In practice, the system is similar to the Gatekeeper offered in OS X by Apple, where applications from outside the App Store cannot be installed unless users activate a special option available in the operating system's settings menu.

In iOS 9 we will have exactly the same thing, and the change is most likely based not only on the desire to protect ourselves from malware, but also on the implementation of the new system that will allow installing applications from outside the App Store, where there may be an enormous danger for the installation of malware.

Having said that, in iOS 9 it won't be that easy to be fooled by hackers trying to steal your data, but on the other hand, you won't be able to install very easily any other types of applications that you might want to have in your terminals thanks to the new system.
