The ZTE Nubia Z9 is the first smartphone with a better video card than the iPhone 6

ZTE Nubia Z9 benchmark videoThe company's iPhone terminals Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), dominates the smartphone market every fall with the performance offered by their processors, and when it comes to the graphics part, things are even better.

Apple has been collaborating for several years with those from PowerVR to implement in iPhone terminals and iPad tablets the best graphics processors on the market, and because iPhone 6 to be surpassed by a smartphone in video benchmarks, a year has passed since its release.

In the image above you have a performance test for the graphics cards of several smartphones launched this year on the market and you notice that the only one that offers better performance than iPhone 6 this ZTE Nubia Z9, the terminal to be officially launched soon.

The difference between the two smartphones is only 0.7 frames per second in the Manhattan test of GFXBench, it being impossible to achieve in the use of games, but "on paper" it exists and puts the new ZTE smartphone in first place in the top of the best performing smartphones -s, from a graphical point of view.

The iPhone 6 has a screen with a resolution of 1334 x 750 pixels and the ZTE Nubia Z9 a 1080p screen and of course the result can be questioned, especially since the difference between the iPhone 6 Plus and the ZTE smartphone is 8 frames per second, they having identical screen resolutions.

Having said that, I am curious to see what results the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will offer, and this is because they will have triple-core processors and 2 GB of DDDR4 RAM, so a substantial increase in performance should be visible.
