iOS beta 9.1 1 was released last night by the Apple company for developers of applications for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch and as you probably already imagine, theoretically anyone should be able to install the new version of the operating system.
I haven't installed yet iOS beta 9.1 1 and I cannot confirm without a doubt that the procedure will work without problems, but all the beta versions offered by the Apple company so far could be installed without problems without a registered UDID, so I don't see why things would be different now.

- Hold down the Shift key, or the Option key in OS X, press the iTunes Update/Check for Updates button and then select the previously downloaded iOS 9.1 beta 1 ipsw.
