Although these functions are extremely useful, unfortunately they are not available on all iPad tablets of the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, those from Cupertino restricting access to them depending on the processing power of each model of the tablets sold worldwide.
According to the Apple company, the Slide Over and Picture in Picture functions can work without problems on the iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3, iPad Air and iPad Air 2, while Split View only works on the iPad Air 2 because it requires a lot of processing power.
Unfortunately, the old models of iPad tablets cannot run these new functions because they have insufficiently powerful hardware to provide users with the best possible user experience, or at least that is what Apple claims at the moment.
Although these functions are now disabled for certain iPad tablets, after the release of iOS 9 jailbreak we will definitely have the possibility to activate them wherever and whenever we want, regardless of the performance of the tablets.
