LiveWallEnabler is a tweak available in beta version at the moment via Cydia, he being thought in the idea of allowing us to activate the system live Wallpaper in old iDevices running the operating system iOS 9 provided by Apple.
Officially, the Apple company offers live Wallpaper only iPhone 6S si 6S iPhone Plus, but satisfied LiveWallEnabler you can activate the same function in any other terminal, although in essence it is not that great, the wallpapers being animated only when you long press on them.
You can install the tweak LiveWallEnabler from the repo http://repo.fortysixandtwo.com/ al Cydia, but it comes without the animated wallpapers, so they must be downloaded separately in the terminal using iFile, the application being used to install the wallpapers.
After installing LiveWallEnabler you will access the settings menu for wallpapers and you will have displayed an alert message with download links for wallpapers, accessing them will take you to the website from which you can download them, the option to install with iFile installing those wallpapers.
