Announced many months ago, the new Like buttons for the Facebook social network are prepared to be offered to the whole world by the famous social network, its engineers already offering it to a limited number of users on the planet, availability to be extended.
For now, those from Facebook will offer the new Like buttons in the US, their availability to be extended to other geographical areas in the future, these buttons allowing the expression of a variety of states that the current Like button cannot describe at the moment.
Although Facebook activates the new Like buttons for everyone, in the case of mobile terminals they will be hidden under the standard Like button that will have to be pressed for a long time to display them, those from Facebook establishing the name of the reactions for these new emoticons associated with the Like button.
Each emoticon selected will be displayed instead of a simple Like, the emoticon being displayed on mobile terminals and on the desktop version of the Facebook website, so that everyone will be able to see the changes, but only when they are available globally.
The interesting part is that Facebook wanted to implement an emoticon yay, but he made the decision to give it up because he thought that not everyone will understand what it represents, so in the end we are talking about a simple series of very interesting emoticons.
