Samsung takes on a new strategy from Apple

The Samsung Galaxy S7 will be released in March by the Samsung company, and on this occasion the Koreans will copy a new strategy of the Apple company in the idea of increasing their smartphone sales, even though Apple has not had an extraordinary success.

More precisely, together with the Samsung Galaxy S7, the Samsung company intends to launch a program similar to the one created by the Apple company to sells iPhone terminals in installments, helping the American company to increase its sales margin.

Samsung will sell Samsung Galaxy S7 terminals in installments users interested in buying the new premium models, and initially the program will be available only in South Korea, Samsung's home country, a country where the necessary agreements for its launch could be concluded.

Apple launched its iPhone installment sales program only in the US initially due to difficulties in finding partners willing to take on the financial burden of selling some devices in such a regime, with Samsung finding similar partners in South Korea .

Tech giant Samsung Electronics Co Ltd plans to launch a phone upgrade program similar to one launched by rival Apple Inc last year. Samsung could start the program once its next flagship Galaxy S7 smartphone goes on sale in South Korea, which is expected to be around March, the paper said.

Just like in the case of the Samsung Galaxy S7, the Samsung company will allow users to take a new premium smartphone annually and continue to pay the installments in the same amount, the idea itself being an extremely good one, it being practiced in various other fields.

No one knows how successful Samsung will be with such a program, but iPhone sales in South Korea could be affected following its launch.
