The 4G networks in Romania are some of the best in the world, and the investments made by Orange and Vodafone have helped our country to place itself in a very good position among the top countries in which it exists 4G LTE networks with the highest internet speeds.
OpenSignal is the company that created a list of dozens of countries on the planet where ractive 4G LTE networksand Romania occupies the 6th place in this top, the 4G internet speeds of Orange and Vodafone being the only ones monitored by OpenSignal, being also the largest.
According to OpenSignal, Vodafone has the fastest 4G internet in Romania with an average speed of 33 Mbps, those from Orange having a 4G internet speed that reaches, on average, 25 Mbps, and the average for the two and our country is 26 Mbps, quite honorable.
The first position in this top is occupied by Singapore, in this country the average internet browsing speed is 37 Mbps, between it and New Zealand placed in the second position, there is a difference of no less than 8 Mbps in terms of speed internet browsing.
According to this information, Romania has better 4G speeds than in the rest of the countries that are part of the European Union, and for that we have to thank those from Orange and Vodafone for the hundreds of millions of euros invested in creating the infrastructure.
Of course, the internet browsing speed through 4G networks in big cities is higher than that reported by OpenSignal, but the average is quite close to reality.
