Free internet in the subway is part of the campaign Vodafone Supernet 4G City, the mobile phone operator assigning this name to the entire underground network of the Bucharest metro, the free period being February 8 - March 31, 2016, the traffic made in the subway not being metered.

In the press release published together with the news announced by Vodafone during Tuesday, some recommendations for use are offered free internet on the subway, but practically any kind of traffic made by users is free, at least according to Vodafone.

Data traffic registered at the Bucharest Metro will be free for all Vodafone users - subscribers, customers of the Card or business services - until March 31, 2016.
