iPhone 7 will emit less radiation, here's why

iPhone 7 is in the process of development within Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, and the final design of the components would not have been chosen yet, those from Cupertino are currently testing a new type of protection for the internal components of the future smartphone.

Specifically, the company Apple would cover all the important chips of the iPhone 7 with a very thin metal foil that would have the role of blocking electromagnetic waves issued by them during the use of the smartphone by the users.

Covering iPhone 7 components with this type of foil will reduces electromagnetic interference and, according to the publication, it should increase including the performance of the terminal during use, but this aspect remains to be seen if it will be confirmed.

iPhone 7 will emit less radiation

It seems that Apple would apply this shield on the Bluetooth, WiFi, GSM chips, but even on the A10 chip in which the processor is hidden, until now Apple applies this kind of protection only on the motherboard and certain contacts which connect with other components.

Apple is applying a technology that blocks off electromagnetic waves to iPhone 7. It is a measure to increase device's performance while decreasing electromagnetic interference to major chips and to solve people's fear on electromagnetic waves from smartphones.

Elimination of electromagnetic interference by applying this procedure in iPhone 7 should reduce the level of radiation emitted by telephones during use, the Asian publication even stating that additional space could be available in the case for better components.

StatsChipPac and Amkor are the Apple partners that would have been chosen to apply this protective shield over the important components of iPhone 7, so the assembly of the terminals will be done with components that already offer protection for end users.

According to industry on the 15th, Apple is applying EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) Shield technology to variety of digital chips, radio frequency (RF), connectivity (wireless LAN, Bluetooth) chips and others that also include AP (application processor) and modems .

Apple used this technology in the Apple Watch launched in 2015 and it seems that it proved to be a success, so the iPhone 7 is going to benefit from the same treatment later this year and Apple will want to highlight this through marketing- his

iPhone 7 will be released in the fall of this year.
