Frugal is a colorful theme for iOS 9 available for iPhone and iPod Touch users who have jailbroken for this version of the operating system, bringing quite an interesting change to the iDevices of those interested.
As you can see in the image below, Frugal brings colored icons for the native and third-party applications of the operating system, they completely change the interface of iDevices, without applying other changes to the interface separately from the new icons that you can see.
