Facebook launches new functions for the dedicated iPhone application

Facebook announced during this day the launch of new functions for the live video system that it has been offering for several months for some users on the planet, the changes coming in the context in which this way of interacting with users has become more and more popular.

To begin with, those at Facebook offer the possibility to do live streaming sessions only with certain Facebook groups or only in certain events created on Facebook, only people from that group or who have announced that they are participating in an event can see the video feed .

The second novelty is the possibility offered to users to use the new types of reactions in chat sessions for live video, the option to respond to various other comments and to apply filters for the video stream that is played to users from all over the world.

Those from Facebook claim that chat sessions in live streams are much more interactive than those for simple posts, so users can benefit in live discussions from everything they have in the discussions possible for simple posts of texts, pictures or video clips registered.

Separately from these, those from Facebook have created a new section where live video sessions from all over the world can be discovered, a map with live streams from over 60 countries is offered together with a division by categories and friends or topics of interest to us.
