Narcos, season 2, was released last weekend on the Netflix platform and if you haven't seen it yet, I recommend that you do, because it's well worth it, including season 1. Narcos: Cartel Wars is the official game of the series Narcos from Netflix, being released at the end of August in the AppStore, for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
The Narcos series centers on the famous king of drug trafficking, Pablo Escobar Gaviria, and in the game you will assume control over his entire empire. In the game Narcos you will have to decide how you will lead the most powerful drug cartel in the world, if violence or respect and loyalty are the best ways to be successful.
The Narcos game is designed to allow you to benefit from multiple versions of the gameplay, so that each decision you make will unlock certain parts of the virtual world. In this idea, you will have a gameplay full of violence, or quiet with loyalty and respect, the decisions I will make in Narcos, like Pablo Escobar, controlling everything.

Considering that the Narcos game is based on the series of the same name, you will have the same responsibilities as Pablo Escobar, including with regard to the authorities. You will have to protect yourself, or cooperate with the DEA agents, or with the local authorities, so every "step" you take in Narcos will define the way Pablo Escobar evolves.
With the money you generate from selling drugs, in Narcos you will be able to build an army of sicarios, assassins, or you will have strong alliances for the future. Regardless of the situation, you will have to be very careful with every step you take in the virtual world of Narcos to be sure that you survive every day when the enemies attack.
